I think that one of the best things we can do as human being is spread good energy. I strive to do this by smiling often, giving hugs, expressing gratitude to loved ones and strangers, singing and dancing when I feel energized to, and nurturing my creative energy. I enjoy playing my cello, singing, dancing, doing yoga, giving and receiving massage, and going on bikes, walks, and hikes in the forest.
