I'm originally from a small town in Michigan, went to school in Indiana, moved to Alaska after graduation, and then wound up in Boulder, where I've been for the past four years. I'm a big fan of bread, trail running, mashing friend groups together, and crossing off bucket list places.

I have a running Google doc of Boulder activities I send to visitors (and random people in bars who are willing to give me their email address), and it's my dream to have it continually updated with favorite things by the folks who end up using it.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

My favorite part of traveling is meeting people, so now I can meet people when I'm not even traveling (woot woot!). My two roommates and I moved from our respective tiny apartments into our current house so we could host more shindigs, and I bought an IKEA pull out couch just so people could crash at our house more comfortably. You could say we're pretty jazzed to have people over.
