ABOUT ME

i love moka coffee, black and white pictures and extended metaphors.
i work a lot but procrastinate even more, i sleep less than 4 hours a night, i can't live without an internet connection, i have been trying to learn how to play the guitar for 6 years and am still the worst guitar-player the world has ever known, i like to consider myself as a photographer, i am addicted to coffee and drink at least a pot per day, i am a bit of a tomboy, i am claustrophobic, i insult my computer every two minutes, i am a nerd, obsessed with the lord of the rings, harry potter, and all that fantasy stuff. and glee.
apart from that, i am sound in mind. mostly.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

i couchsurfed quite a bit, once in Saint-Malo with a friend at a nice girl's place who introduced us to the weirdest pub ever with swing sets instead of stools. The second time was in Dingle (Ireland) with the same friend, where we stayed at the place of a nice woman from new zealand, with whom we stayed up very late, sipping tea while she told us about her travelling life

then i flew to New Zealand and couchsurfed quite regularly, in Rotorua, Taupo, Taurangi, Napier, Dunedin... all my experience have been amazing !

i have also hosted a couple of times in Rennes.

i have also participated several times to the weekly CS meetings in Paris, and to pique-niques and other activities organized by CS Paris.

Interests

i love music. i listen, sing and play music basically all the time and can't leave the house without my ipod. i believe that whatever's happening in your life, there's always a song that expresses that feeling, and that music is the best catharsis ever.
i am also very fond of photography, i own a nice camera and i seize every occasion to get a good shot.
and, just like everybody on this website, i like travelling. i am really curious of everything, and i just love discovering new countries, ways of living, eating, dressing, etc. sometimes i wonder if that need to constlantly go some place new will vanish and allow me to settle down. i doubt it.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

a one week road trip in northern ireland, with 2 french, 1 german, 1 spanish, 1 austrian, and 2 italians crammed into two small rented cars. we shared a common dorm in several youth hostels, ate pasta everyday cause we were broke, visited belfast and derry, and watched the sun set on the wild coast

leaving for New Zealand with a one-way ticket, a working holiday visa, and no plan or idea of what was gonna happen for the next year...
