CURRENT MISSION

To learn to whistle. My friend Ginny is concerned that if I succeed in whistling I will have so satisfied my earthly goals that I will simply disintegrate. I don't quite share her concerns, and just really wish I could whistle a tune.

ABOUT ME

I am a person that delights in little things: a well-placed pun, drinking pink apple cider in a heat wave, small doors leading to mysterious places, and having just one piece of dark chocolate with salt. Well, that and hiking up a mountain at night to watch the sunrise, getting somewhat lost in an exotic place, and listening to Joanna Newsom (because they are all great, enlightening things to do!).

I am quiet person, of small things and daily routine, but that firmly believes that radically pushing yourself out of your comfort zone is essential. So I've spent my summer working 9 to 5 on civil liability law, and then I just came back from a 6-day biking trip from Montréal to York, Maine.
