Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

First one in Chicago which was awesome! Met 6 guys my age, living in a big house in the best neighborhood, they were very welcoming and nicely showed me around! my host even took me tree climbing! an experience I will never forget!Since then, I hosted a lot of people in my student house in Southampton, England, for a year.

Couple of years have passed, I now live in Paris in the 20th arrondissement, in a nice big flat with one of my best friends. We've got a big and confy couch and we can host one person or a couple.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I guess the climbing of 'la Soufrière', a volcano in Guadeloupe, was one of the best things I've ever done. The climbing was very long, took me a couple of hours.. and I considered myself as Lara Croft! When I finally got up there I couldn't see anything but fog. But I had this feeling of having accomplished something. Something not huge, not outstanding but still, I was 11 years old and I had climbed up of this famous volcano with my Dad in silence.

Another unforgettable experience was in Zambia when I was stuck in the bush at night with an English guy. We were drunk and laughing when we realized we couldn't go back to our bungalows because we were surrounded by elephants, which can sometimes turn to be aggressive. We were therefore forced to continue drinking and having fun!!
