Once again, regarding diner different possibilities are existing depends of people and personalities, you could buy something by yourself but our favorite thing is to mix together cooks we have, it's more pleasant and we'd spend a good time like this :D
Or if it's possible (especially if we have time) it would be a pleasure to cook to you specialities about our region
