About me: I am very much into alternative local development and work as an air quality officer. My happiest memories are travel related and usually involve surprising situations and encounters. I am trying to leave more space in my life for the unexpected.

I love the idea of helping out travelers who are passing through my city.
I think it is a great opportunity as well to meet some interesting people from all over the world. Everyone is welcome!

I had two great couch surfing experiences in France and Brazil with two really sweet hosts.
As a host so far, I've had friends of friends from Mexico and the US stay with me, but not through the couchsurfing website and I really enjoyed the experience.

I love going on long walks, leaving all the daily hassles behind and carrying everything I need in a backpack.
I did the Camino de Santiago in Spain a several times and the Caminho do Sol in the State of Sao Paulo - Brazil.
