ABOUT ME

So my life in a few lines - I was born in Malaysia, grew up in Australia (moved there when I was 3). I am studying in Brighton, England for one year as part of an exchange program for university and am trying to get as much travel done while I'm here because it's not often that I'm in Europe(this is my first time in Europe in my 21 years).

I am very outgoing and love meeting new people. I am definately a 'glass half full' person and like to make the most out of the oppotunities that are given to you in life.

I am trying to make the most out of my time in Europe and am keen to learn about other cultures. I love listening to people play guitar. I love watching stand up comedy. I LOVE FOOD. I love laughing. I love animals. I love learning new things everyday.

PHILOSOPHY

This is a hard one.... right now I am trying to make the most of the time I have before I go home and start to build my career. I want to see and do everything that I possibly can in this year that I am away from home so that I have a more experienced perspective on life before I decide what I want to do with the rest of it.

I won't be home for about a year but once I am, my couch will be open for anyone who's planning to come to Melbourne!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

This is the first time that I will be experiencing Couch Surfing so I guess 'watch this space'

Music, Movies, and Books

I will watch pretty much any movie that you put in front of me but my all time favourite would be The Lion King.

I generally like to read true stories but one of my favourite fictional books would be A Thousand Splendid Suns.

I like all kinds of music (not really a fan of heavy metal or country music though).

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Canyoning in Austria, jumping to waterfalls. It was scary but so much fun.
