With over 10 years of experience in the public health field, I have worked in various roles within government agencies, non-profit organizations, and academic institutions. I am actively engaged in community-based research, needs assessments, and program evaluation to better understand the unique health challenges faced by diverse communities.
My expertise lies in designing and implementing evidence-based interventions that are culturally sensitive and tailored to the specific needs of the communities I serve. Currently, I work as the Quality Manager for Nyaho Medical Centre, Accra -Ghana where I focus on developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, monitoring, and evaluating processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing strategies to enhance organizational efficiency, patient safety, and quality of care.
