Throughout my career, I have keen interest in addressing health disparities, strengthening community and health systems, and critically evaluating the impact of health policies on individual and population health outcomes.
With over 10 years of experience in the public health field, I have worked in various roles within government agencies, non-profit organizations, and academic institutions. I am actively engaged in community-based research, needs assessments, and program evaluation to better understand the unique health challenges faced by diverse communities.

Currently, I work as the Quality Manager for Nyaho Medical Centre, Accra -Ghana where I focus on developing and implementing quality improvement initiatives, monitoring, and evaluating processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and implementing strategies to enhance organizational efficiency, patient safety, and quality of care.
