Hello !

My name is Augustine or Gus ;)

I'm a 21 years old student from Lyon (east of France). I'm an easygoing person. I'm quite talkative but also calm. Because I'm very curious of the world, I'm always ready to discover something new :) Moreover, I would like to become a journalist later, and It seems to me essential to take an interest of everything, and different culture from mine. The world is so connected nowadays, it seems crazy and very exciting to have access to many parts of our world...

I study law and economy and i love politic, public debates etc... I play piano since five years. I like to travel, scandinavia and Northern Europe. I like meeting foreigner people in order to share with them and improve my english.
I used to practice theatre during nine years. I also pratice modern jazz dance.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

I like to be emerging in a foreign culture, to share experiences and meet new people. I will do an erasmus academic year at the university of Copenhagen next year, and I'm preparing to live a such experience.

I already welcomed couchsurfer in my flat at Lyon where I lived with my sister and a very beautiful and nice cat (:D), it was each time a very good experience.

Also, the idea of free is to me very important. In a world where almost everything becomes mercantile, it is really important to keep free aspects of our lives. Sharing moments of humanity and to help others by offering housing for few days is a very beautiful idea.
