About Me
Hello!
I am an engineer and artist with a passion for traveling away from touristy areas and finding how to approach the place I am visiting as if I lived there. I was trained as a mathematician but ended up becoming an engineer. Worked with big machines in Azure at Microsoft for 8 years and now I am giving myself a sabatical an reconnect with the larger world the best way I know of, by meeting the people.
I used to couchsurf with my cousin, so no references here yet... but feel free to ask any questions if need be :)

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Take pictures of random people on the street and become friends because of it.
I like volunteering for kitchens and foundations with a cause.
I was once in Peru, asked for guidance to a guy on a BMW bike to get to Machu Pichu. He said 4 hours, it was more than 9. We were on the highest point of the Andes at midnight, on shorts... Still thank that Dutchman, the views are one of the best in my life. Not the cold. Do not go to Machu Pichu on a 250cc motorcycle! Do go to Machu Pichu, its incredible.
