While hosting?
Breakfast and if you are lucky I host night barbecues with other friends every so often. Time is really scarce but I will try to give you some attention and show you a few places.
While surfing?
Exchange life experience and points of view... we can talk about Latin American history, or history in general, music, cinema, literature... I could make a delicious breakfast or dinner for you. Just let know where the closest market is.
