About Me
"In the end, the best way to travel is to feel.
Feel everything in every way.
Feel everything in excess.
Because everything is, actually, an excess.
And all of reality is an excess, a violence.
A hallucination extraordinarily vivid.
That we all experience together with the fury of our souls.
The centre to where point all the weird centrifugal forces.
That are the human psyches in the communion of their senses."
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
To meet people.
To challenge myself and my convictions.
To put myself in uncomfortable positions.
To grow as a person.
To think thoughts I never thought before.

Music, Movies, and Books
I consume copious amounts of media and popular culture. I love movies, music, books, comics, television series and animations. I love to think about stuff and I love stuff that makes me think.
From the top of my head:
Some noteworthy books for me:
The Great Gatsby, Hemingway's short stories, 1984, Brave New World, White Fang
Some films:
Apocalypse now Redux, Lost in translation, Mononoke Hime, The Royal Tanenbaums
Some groups:
Boards of Canada, Milton Nascimento, The Growlers, Darkside, Real Estate, Pink Floyd, White Stripes, Beach Boys, Paul McCartney, Arcade Fire, Led Zeppelin
Vinyl enthusiast
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I did several hikes in the Alps and some in Norway but the most amazing one was in the North Pole (Svalbard), where we crossed an arctic lake in kayaks only to climb a snowy mountain full of loose rocks passing through abandoned coal mines.
Teach, Learn, Share
I love to cook and I love to cook for others! I love to talk about culture, art, languages, the human condition, sciences, internet, and pretty much anything.
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share myself, my dreams, my stories and my viewpoints.
And very possibly going out, doing stuff outside, trying to enjoy as much as possible from what we can get wherever we may be.
