About Me

Polite, straight-forward anyhow. Authenticity is really important to me - I try, I guess.
Laughing, dreaming, thinking, walking, observing - likely some of it at the same time.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The best couchsurfing experiences I had in Dublin and in Romania. You can only get to know a place through the people, really, and I enjoy being in good company.

Interests

Give my either a book of some kind (I would prefer to chose the title though) or someone to engage in an interesting conversation or discussion with, and I will be quite happy.

If I move, I like to take short walks with pauses in cafes and look at things OR hike up a hill.

I really do enjoy bouldering

Movies I enjoy: Uff, movies, I actually don't know many movies, I liked Three Billboards Outside of Ebbing, Missouri, Dancer in the Dark, Spirited Away, I will see if I can think of more

Books: Clarice Lispector's The Hour of the Star and Near to the Wild Heart, Jean Rhys's Good Morning, Midnight, English literature in general... Yeats,... and a lot of easy read crime and trash novels

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

This seems to be quite the difficult category, well, I didn't climb mount everest
- opening cans by myself
- not getting my fourth bike stolen after the three before were stolen (Berlin...)
- moving in with my best friends
- the plant in my room's still alive, too -- okay, that's enough, I don't want to dwell in self-praise too much

Teach, Learn, Share

"teach, learn, share" - really?
We will figure it out!
