ABOUT ME

all about me...hmmm...that's gonna be difficult, because there's a lot...but will try..
I live in Strasbourg for about ten years now. I really like this city and I feel at home here, even if I play sometimes with the idea of living in an other country. But for the moment, I still prefer traveling...until I'm decided! I'm teacher in a primary school (kindergarten),thus, I have a lot of holidays and the possibility to travel around and to discover other countries and cultures. This sommer I would like to discover east europe. But I still have no real plan. That is also one of my charateristic! I'm quite spontaneous ans I like the liberty of deciding at the last moment.
I suppose that I'm a social person...(do you say that like that in english?!). I like spending time with my friends and meet new personns. So I'm a great fan of full tabels, with good food, good wine and nice people...even unexpected guests are generally welcom.
I think that I'm not a complicated person to live with. I have always been living with flatmaids and never had any problems...or if there were some, they were resolved.
So...
Still a lot of things to stay, but gonna keep it for the next boxes!

Interests

Dancing, is, with traveling, one of my passions. I like a lot of different types of dances...african dance, traditionnal european dances, hip hop...
Music is also quite important for me. The music I listen to is variable. It depends of my mood; Radiohead, Wax Tailor, Beirut, Björk, Eiffel, Noir Désir, Eminem, Balkan Beat Box, Jacques Brel, Gainsbourg, Pauline Croze, La Tordue, Amstrong, Nina Simone, Marc Perrone...are only a few of those artists I like.
I also play a little bit music...accordeon.
I like doing sport... Swimming, biking and dancing are those which I practise quite regulary. But I also really like hiking. Specially in sommertime!
I just discovered photography a few times ago (since I buyed my camera!). Thus, for the moment, I'm doing a lot of photos... still a lot to learn!
And last, but not least, I really like my job. So I'm often spending a lot of time by preparing activities for the children I'm working with.

Music, Movies, and Books

"La vie devant soi" from Romain Gary is one of my favorite books. I like this autor a lot and I can only recommand his books (" Les cerfsvolants", "Education européenne", "L'angoisse du roi Salomon"). Other books I like or which have been important for me; "Le carnet d'or" from Doris Lessing, "Le monde selon Garp" John Irvin, "Ivresse de la métamorphose" Stephan Zweig, "Le Volcan" Klaus Mann, "Les raisins de la colère" Steinbeck, "Matilda" Roal Dahl... and still a lot of others!
