Warum ich bei Couchsurfing bin

Couchsurfing is a different way to travel ! It gives special memories by sharing time with local people. I discovered more things, or different things, than through the guide book.

I'm happy to meet new people and share time with. I believe we can always learn something from everyone around us.

Interessen

Forro: I discover this brasilian dance one year ago and I love it ! Even if I've never been to Brasil and I don't speak portugese. I like dances in general.

Nature: I love nature ! I love to walk in the forest. I love to hike in the mountains. I love rivers and lakes. I love the sun especially as it puts me in a good mood.

Meditation: It makes me more focus, concentrated when doing something. Also I feel more in the moment (that's the purpose of the method btw :) and less in thoughts... less in my head and more in my body !

Ultimate Frisbee: I played for 4 years. I like the spirit and the rules of this team sport (non-contact, self-refereeing). This sport is a lot of fun and great people !

News: I like to follow the news once in a while. The important and the less important one. Internationals events and events about the place where I am.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

When I was 17, I decided to go for one year in Indonesia. I went to a public school with Indonesian students and I stayed within a local family. All was organized by AFS organisation. I learned to speak the language and at the end of the year I was more fluent than in English. It was a great experience !

A more recent amazing thing I've done is my choice of professional retraining. I have been guided by a strong intuition and so far I've never regret it :)
