Overview
About Me
I'm 24 years old, living in the nicest city of France : Lyon !
I live in a flat with my sister, and as we are family of 4 kids (I and three lovely little sisters) we have enough space for family visit, so why not using it to meet new people ?
I worked in IT until december, I would like to launch some IT-unrelated projects to breathe before finding a new full time job in this branch.
I'm now unemployed and have full time to my projects and my friends.
I'm a jolly fellow, I have a quite unique laugh that burst often.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
My sister and I went in Germany for differents reasons during the same year (2016), and we made happy meetings with foreigners from all over the world (Indonesia, United Kingdoms, Netherlands, Mexico... and Germany of course).
We loved the fact to discover countries through the stories of these people. My sister ended up traveling for several weeks around Europe, and I am still eager to meet people from the entire world, by receiving them at home, or traveling (thinking about going to Ukraine, Slovenia, Peru, Vietnam, Thailand, and maybe Nouvelle Caledonie...)
Couch surfing is a wonderful way to meet locals, I read a couple of wonderful stories and some issues too, but nothing is all white / all black.

Music, Movies, and Books
Music is really a drug for me. Can change my mood from sick to lifting mountains.
Metal : Megadeth, Testament, Anthrax, Metallica, Kreator, Gojira, Infectious Groove, Arch Enemy, Soilwork, Knocked Loose, Human Worms, Warband,MotorHead, Joe Satriani... and list goes on
Pop/Rock: David Bowie, ZZ Top, The Eagles, Led Zeppelin, , Queen of the stone age, Sporto Kantes
Electro/Synthwave : The Algorithm(this fits into metal), Lazerhawk, Rakoon, Tame Impala, Perturbator, Carpenter Brut, Furi OST, Daft punk...
I have watched a lot of movies, and series, it is hard to choose only a few...
MOVIES ! With my sisters we love Coen Brothers (The Big Lebowski, No Country For Old Men, The Ballad of Buster Scruggs, Fargo...), and Asiatic fighting movies too : everything with Jackie Chan, Ip Man 1-2, Shaolin Soccer, Crazy Kung Fu...
And classics : Interstellar, Star Wars, Forest Gump, Big Fish, Matrix...
I start to take a closer look to the horror movies : Annihilation(Netflix), RoseMary's baby, Evil Dead, Cloverfield trilogy, BirdBox..
And SERIES ! Black Mirror, Trailer Park Boys, Punisher, Rick and Morty, The Office US.
Books, I don't read so much these years, last thing I remember binge reading was all Terry Pratchett I found on my way. I read a nice book about a french guy going to south america and playing poker, using couchsurfing to sleep and meet people. A nice book about woman sexual experiences too, I remember telling myself 'woman sexuality won't have any secret for me'. Maaaaaan I have even more questions and it is wonderful. I'm trying HP Lovecraft now and I am still not hanged by the book
Related to books I read a lot of french and belgian 'comics' (bande dessinée d'auteur), with my father we like Lewis Trondheim, Baru, Bastien Vivès, Loisel... and list goes on again. I like some manga and comics too, I was raised by Dragon ball Z, and I like the Walking dead comics (I hate the TV show btw)
And still culture but different : Video Games !! Yay ! On PC my favourite games are the Dark souls, I'm a street fighter noob, I have some Halo and guitar hero on Xbox. I play less alone now, more with friends, I have a lot of party games and couch coop games.
One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Not dying. I fear to die in an idiot accident, fixing a light bulb, sleeping and driving, climbing/wandering in dangerous places. Each of these happened and I'm happy to be alive.
And I think being there for my friends and family when they need me is something I am appreciated for.
Maybe I will tell you idiot challenges I challenged myself. Nothing to be proud of but still amazingly stupid.
Teach, Learn, Share
I am not passionate in something, but I know a little bit on a lot of things.
Because of my IT job I can fix computers but don't tell anybody.
I can show you how to properly fix a light bulb and cut the power before.
I can show you how to play guitar like you would know how to play.
Teach you basics of drawing, I have a cool recipe of gratin which is not fat, but very fat...
What I Can Share with Hosts
Mostly about Lyon, there is a lot of history in some places, museum, expensive simulators etc.
But what I like the most is to show some pubs where you can attend nice rock/metal concerts, play darts, babyfoot, snooker, some other country themed pubs where young and old foreigners gather, also tea saloon where you can chill in sofas with friends, drink sweet fancy stuff along with fancy cakes.
I love to do/play sport, so you can come with me to the gym, or we can go running, climbing, playing football, volleyball, tennis or whatever launching axe activity.
If you prefer staying cosy at home some day, we have Netflix, board games, video games, guitars, and some books/comics.
Physically speaking, we have a simple bed available and a couch, we have a blanket and sleeping bags.
We live at the 5th floor without elevator, but if you wanna make this ass perfect, you gotta work it out !
We don't smoke but we have a nice balcony, and a nice view, you can smoke outside.
