ABOUT ME

I like to travel and discover new cultures, new people...I'm really interested in other ways of life, far from what we can live in western countries.
I'm very open minded and when i travel, I like to see the everyday life, not only touristic places. Locals are always the best guides...

PHILOSOPHY

I am really open minded and I never judge something or someone without knowing them. I went to Egypt during the riots and I had a great time, I like to make my own opinion of things. I feel like people should go outside a bit more instead of swallowing what TV feeds them.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I spread the word about Coushsurfing around me, because since I started couchsurfing, I believe this the way travel should be: Meet and share. I've been hosted multiple times but never had the chance to host yet because I'm always travelling and my hometown is sadly off the tourist maps :(

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I had over thirty couchsurfing experiences and they were all great, I really like to stay with families to dive into the traditional culture and I like to stay with people of my age to see their city from a different angle.

Intereses

I'm interested in drawing and snowboarding. I'd like to snowboard in Chile one day...I snowboard since I'm 13 and I'm 28 now so it's a big part of my life, it gives you a feeling of freedom that you can't compare to anything else. I also like movies, comics, music, drinking, eating.

We couchsurfed in a trailer in the middle of fields in Slovenia, without electricity and running water, that was one of the funniest CS experience, loved it !

Travel around South America:
Explore the last remaining cloudforest of Ecuador, climb to Macchu Picchu, sandboard in Peru, see the beautiful saltflats of Uyuni in Bolivia, have a glass of wine in Cafayate, Argentina...

Spend over a year in Asia, hitchhiking and couchsurfing from Japan to India ! From the untouched beaches of Cambodia or the Indonesian jungle to the Indian Himalaya, Great memories !

Teaching in several places, Colombia, Ecuador, Korea, Vietnam, Thailand, China, all for free and for fun !

Enseña, aprende, comparte

As an ex-IT teacher I can probably help someone with that. I can also teach you how to snowboard, even though it would be hard if you live in a tropical place lol

I can offer good company, if you teach English, I can visit your students and teach a class, I can also teach you some French if you're interested, and overall I can offer you my friendship, yes it sounds corny !
