Openmided, friendly and curious. I really enjoy talking about different cultures, way of living while drinking a beer in a nice pub !

I am passionate about wildlife and outdoors adventures. I especially love climbing, sailling and scubadiving.
And because I am French, I, of course, love to eat and drink good food (such a cliché ... :) )

I used to love travelling with Couchsurfing during my studies, about 6 years ago (saddly most of my reviews were given on my former partner's profil). Now that I have some more free time, I am back to hit the road again ! The next stop will be the south-Est of the USA in August :)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I can afford to pay an hotel when I travel; that's not the point.
But in hotels, I can't find what I am looking for when I decide to go abroad: a proper and true connexion with the culture and the people of the county that I am discovering.

What I enjoy the most is to meet new people and to ask them about their life, their country, their best adventures and their inspirations in life.

I like to get to know the country I am visiting and if all those exchanges allow me to improve my langages... well, it's just perfect then !!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I was supposed to do an entire road trip around UK in 2014. Fist day, first hitchhiking ==>I ended up spending 3 weeks on a cattle farm in Wiltshire ==> I came back every summer for 4 years !

Last year, I managed to beat my seasickness and went for a 10 days trip in the English channel. It was amazing !

As I said I am very curious and keen to learn a lot of new things ! I would love to share my travel experiences with you . Talking about teaching stuff... well I can teach you how to do flamkuechen !
