ABOUT ME

I think that a sense of humor is one of the most necessary keys to enjoying life...When we can laugh, we can flow, and when we can flow then we can be free to enjoy all the gifts of the present moment...in a less "serious" and "tried" sort of way... I'm a pretty good cook. A drinker of tea and various fermented brews...hmm Enthusiastic helper of sorts... some would probably call me somewhat eccentric or kind of weird. They're probably right.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I will be heading to Italy, Greece and (hopefully) some other countries (including Tunisia, France, Morocco? possibly Palestine!!) and plan to use couch surfing as much as possble.

I did not utter a word for 10 days during a meditation retreat in a remote village in norther india. 10 hours of sitting a day for 10 days...and still, i cannot recall a more profound experience...
