ABOUT ME

After eight years of university I decided to pack up my life downunder, purchase a one-way ticket to the US, and discover my next home. Landing in San Francisco I had no idea where I wanted to live therefore, I decided to travel to all 50 US states (and Canada, Central America) in search of where I wanted to relocate to. Through Couchsurfing.org, I slept on over 75 random people's couches, caught countless Greyhounds, trains, flights, and of course Hitchhiked it across the nation.
Former Elite Triathlete
Traveled across North Africa, Asia, Europe, North America.
Unusual Obsession for Spin classes that is, I located a gym with a spin class in every town/city/country I travel to and attend the class in the morning. One could say, I spun my way around the US.

50 USA States, 3 Canadian Provinces, and Belize Done all as a Solo Aussie Couchsurfer.

PHILOSOPHY

Lent CS hosts cars to use, their bikes, computers
Taken to shows, restaurants, hikes, theme parks, museums, basketball, baseball, football, ice hockey games
Driven to various locations including next CS hosts home, other states, and early morning spin classes!
Taken on tours of their home town, local attractions
Given keys to their home and stay there even though they were not there- Several times and in various states across the country, thank you!
Hosted for 6 weeks!
The list goes on and on however, what we sometimes forget is that the majority of people are very generous and wonderful!
