ABOUT ME

I'm a 25 year old, down to earth, simple, openly gay, Aussie dude whose number passion is travel. At some point, I guess I should try carve out a career for myself, but at present, I am most happy with that backpack on my back, travel to far places and meeting new people and hearing their stories.

I grew up in Melbourne Australia, have lived in London and Brazil and as of August 2008, I will be in Europe again. I will be on a Working Holiday Scheme in Amsterdam.

I am a qualified personal trainer so hopefully I will find something similiar in the Netherlands!

PHILOSOPHY

Simple things make me happy and I try my hardest not to let little things bug me. When I travelled to Cambodia, I befriended a little boy who sold postcards so he could afford to go to English school. We spent the day together and I taught him English and bought him some food and a drink.... Just thinking about him now, makes me wonder what kind of future he will have.. Anyway, the point is - I am so lucky to have had the experiences I've had, to have travelled etc and I hope to continue to... I often think back to that little kid when something is pi**ing my off and I realise - It really doesn't matter - it's the simple things that matter most.

First thing that comes to mind.. When I lived in London, I served the Queen at the Windsor horse show!! Truly a surreal experience and was the perfect was to end my time there...
