About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To get the plumbing finished in the house I'm renovating in France so I can host couchsurfers!
ABOUT ME
OK I absolutely don't like anal people who don't laugh and who are rude. I know they are in shops and post offices in every country in the world but why not just be happy. I love travelling and have taken my kids all over the world but now they're old enough to take themselves all over the world which is a lot easier on my pocket :D. I have now left Australia, for a while anyway, and I am moving to France but I'm on a side trip to Israel and a few other countries at the moment.I love meeting new people, don't care what age, male, female, gay, straight doesn't matter just love a chat and Israel is a great place for that. I'm extremely low maintenance, as a traveller needs to be I think. I don't drink or smoke and of course being an Aussie girl I love the beach. I'm super easy to get along with and can't understand people who aren't, but I try. I'm married with three adult kids who are also travel buffs.
PHILOSOPHY
Surely it takes more energy to be unhappy than to be happy so why not just enjoy life it's so much fun. If you don't like what you do then change it!!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Well as I'm new to this I'm not much of a participater yet but I plan to be. There is nothing worse than travelling and feeling like no-one cares about you. Especially if you get sick, I'm a good mamma for sick travellers.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
3 couchsurfs so far and each one a wonderful experience.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Well there's plenty I have seen and done but as this is a site for travellers probably everyone has done most of them as well. ok when my kids were 7, 9 and 13 we took them to Thailand on a trek up in the north to the Burmese border. We hiked through the jungle for six hours and eventually got to this tiny village where the kids had never seen white kids before. Within about 10 minutes they were all playing football, language no barrier when there's a ball involved.
Teach, Learn, Share
Teach your kids to respect other people, cultures and religion so that the next generation is kind and understanding.
