ABOUT ME

I am 34 yeqrs old, I love travelling and meeting people. I sometimes get so wrapped up in work that I forget how important these things are to me. I am creative- I especially like to make things like jewellery or taking pictures or writing, music etc.
I read every day and try not to watch too much tv.
I love animals (currently have 2 dogs and 2 cats). I love food and wine, cooking - particularly baking food to make others happy!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I have travelled alone mostly and being a girl I have had worries about my safety as a couch surfer, but I need not have worried. my experiences have been fantastic, and I have stayed with men and women who have been nothing but lovely and friendly. My family worry about me, but they dont know how the surfing community works. It is fabulous and an amazing way to meet people and experience the world.

Music, Movies, and Books

All books, fact or fiction. I read every day and it just depends on what mood I am in as to what book I am reading. At the moment I am reading books about America, although I read business books, travel books, horror, vampire and anything in between.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've had so many amazing experiences. Getting on a plane and traveling across the globe to places where I don't know anyone and then meeting the most awssome people. That is amazing.
Travelling to America and meeting others with a real passion for freedom and liberty made me feel less lonely and like I'd discovered a real place in the world.

Teach, Learn, Share

I am a teacher so i love to teach things. What can I teach? I can play guitar - sort of! I can knit ok. I can make jewellery - I am really good at that.
I would like to learn French in particular, as well as photography and more guitar. Thats only the beginning.
