I grew up in Melbourne, Australia, and now live about half of each year in Melbourne, half in warmer coastal areas - mostly around Byron Bay.

I like to be active and on the move, physically, mentally, and geographically. I can be a little on the quiet side, but am always good for a chat and a laugh with like-minded people.

You'll mostly find me outdoors chasing wind or waves, keeping fit, or getting lost in nature. Right now I’m in French Polynesia, after sailing from Panama to here with friends. A pretty great experience! So of course now the dream is to have my own yacht to explore with someday...

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I originally joined Couchsurfing to connect with fellow travelers when I was living abroad. I've since hosted friends who I originally met through Couchsurfing, and I've enjoyed showing travelers around my local sites - wherever I've happened to be living at the time.

Teach, Learn, Share

I'm more about shared experiences than anything else, but I do enjoy teaching people to surf, and sharing my knowledge about physical health and fitness - I work in sports medicine.

Keen to learn anything new! Especially if it involves an adventure sport or sailing :)
