Hi! I'm a student at the University of Edinburgh, studying philosophy & linguistics. I moved around a lot when I was young but I lived in Indianapolis for most of my life. I like writing, drinking, and any combination of the two. A substantial amount of my time is spent making music (I play guitar, bass, drums, piano, saxophone) and trying to learn way too many languages at once. I listen to a wide variety of genres, particularly indie and jazz. Some of my favorite artists are King Krule, Fat Freddie's Drop, and Louis Armstong.

My favorite movies are Ex Machina, Donnie Darko, and Pulp Fiction.

I mainly read nonfiction, especially philosophy. My favorite philosophers are Ludwig Wittgenstein, Nick Bostrom, J.S Mill, and Peter Singer. When I read fiction I like to read surrealist, absurd authors such as Lewis Carroll and Haruki Murakami
