🚫Lives the United States. If you are visiting 1 day, for work -you are not a traveler. Get a hotel.

🚫Giant men -sorry for the his one, but if I think you could murder me with your bare hands, you'll need a lot of good references....

We all have to start somewhere, but it's not hard!

🚫Sole Surfers - a good host to surfer ratio is a plus. Give a little take a little.

🚫Tinder mix ups. Please be respectful.

🚫Party animals.

🚫The "Planner" some people request MONTHS in advance 🙅 I have no idea what I'm doing on July 12th of next year... I cannot commit to you.

🚫 Holidays - if it's the busiest time of year, or like Christmas Day... I probably will not be home.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I can do both as a host:
Tour guide hangout mode, or
leave me alone I just want to shower mode.

Im cool with whichever. And don't always have time for the former.

TRAVELERS I PREFER TO HOST

✔️Women and small men 😅

✔️Backpackers; free spirits, no plans, going with the flow. If you have a set regimen and money... Lol this might not be for you.

✔️ Someone doing a multi-stop trip. Again, if you're travelING around, I'm more inclined to help. If you planned JUST to come to Orlando, for a specific reason; again this is not a hotel.

✔️ Sojourners -Max 3-4 nights. I wouldn't want to stay with anyone longer either. Go met OTHER people/hosts 😁 I cannot represent all of America, Florida, or even Orlando!

✔️Short notice. This weekend? Sure!

✔️ Someone that wants to do naked yoga with me aahahahahaha IM JUST KIDDING!!! Clothing is MANDATORY here! Don't be that guy.

My main interest is travel; obviously. But I enjoy learning second most. I like particle physics, all physics really, engineering, history and foreign language. Super into conspiracy theories, I like the idea of not being able to prove something.
I study in my spare time. And enjoy a good intellectually stimulating conversation.

Crossed the longest suspension pedestrian bridge in the world! 🏆

1/7 Wonders of the World. -1 per year goal!

Climbed the highest peak east of the Mississippi

Solo backpack through Europe, twice.

I was in Philadelphia when the Eagles won the Superbowl. Friendliest riot I've ever been in! 💙
Also the only riot, I've been in.

But the most amazing thing I've seen is kindness. Kindness from strangers, not necessarily even directed towards me, just the kindness that's still out in the world. Something America doesn't have a lot of, and that I see mainly overseas.
that is why I travel. To bring some of that kindness back home.

Everyone always wants to talk about politics, which we can do but how boring. Within the max 3 days you will stay here, I only have time to teach you about our customs, town and country.
If you really want a piano or drawing lesson I suppose it's not out of the question. Most surfers just want to know our laws LOL

Lots of questions! 😁 And a little peace and quiet. Generally when I'm traveling I try to get the most out of my days and just need a place to crash. So I'm pretty exhausted, but still down to chillax and chat. You're also more than welcome to come out for my day trips! I don't expect food (but have found I do a lot of eating with my hosts) I would respect a curfew of course, not coming in late loud and drunk.
I can tell you about my trips or some of the places I've been. I love story swapping with other travelers!
