ABOUT ME

We started our world wide back packing adventure on April 22nd 2010, starting in Melbourne, Australia. Our goal is to hit as many countries as possible and make our way around the world. We hope to stay abroad for 2 or 3 years....however long it takes.

We are a couple who met playing volleyball. We clicked right away when we discovered that we shared so many of the same passions and dreams.

Back home we have 2 dogs, a cat and 2 hermit crabs. We love all kinds of animals and living things, plants and bugs included!!

* We can cook a meal popular to our hometown
* I (Autumn) am a seamstress/dress maker so can help with any clothes mending or the like
* John is a mechanic by trade and can help with car, motorbike, or other similar repairs/ diagnostics
* John is also VERY handy around the house, and your general Mr.Fix it!
* I (Autumn), am very experienced with computers, both basic and advanced and can do graphic design, web design, basic word applications, creative suite user and computer troubleshooting.
* I have a BA in Broadcasting Communications and am experienced with audio, and video applications for film, and photographs... etc.
* I am also certified to teach english as a foreign language.
* Need help cleaning? need help in the yard or farm? We would love to help in any way possible!
* We are VERY CLEAN, we mind our manners, and clean up after ourselves!

**We also have a TENT and don't mind sleeping in the backyard!**

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We are NOT currently traveling. We have been back in Cleveland, Ohio USA for a year now :( We are currently expecting the arrival of our first son, this August 2012. We hope that through our travels and by hosting we can become more involved with the couch surfing community, volunteer for CS, attend meetings, and work towards becoming ambassadors.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Our couch surfing experience has been incredible so far! It's so nice to meet other people that are involved with the community and understand what you are doing as a backpackers/traveler. I love being apart of this community and it has helped us in so many ways.

We love extreme sports... especially snowboarding. We are adrenaline junkies, and enjoy being active in all weather and seasons.

I (Autumn) love to read just about anything, where as John likes music more then reading

We love all kinds of music, but really love House, Techno, Electronic... anything with a good beat.

We both loves movies, though John normally ends up falling asleep. I (Autumn) am especially attracted to old black and white and early colored films.

I (Autumn) have witnessed a baby being born... twice! the most profound moment in my life.

John has been sky diving. Two completely different ends of the spectrum, and both equally as amazing!
