ABOUT ME

I'm living in South Korea until May 2012, then I plan on heading to India and staying for as long as possible. Then, I'll head back to Korea, maybe? Who knows! I'm not a planner.

PHILOSOPHY

I treat others as I would want to be treated. My preschool teacher taught me that and I've lived my life accordingly ever since. :) I'm open-minded and kind and that's really all I expect from others. I am a very relaxed person.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I am new to couch surfing. I would love to offer a bed but I only have one. Although, if you wanna kick it on the floor- you're more than welcome to! I have some yoga mats, we could fix something up. I am up for grabbing food, coffee, or a drink (or 3). I love meeting people from all walks of life.

Music, Movies, and Books

Music is something that really enriches my life! A few of my favorites are Pink Floyd, The Knife, Portishead, Moby, Mulatu Astatke, Thievery Corporation, Devendra Banhart, Massive Attack and I listen to Ethiopiques pretty much every day!

Books: I'm currently reading Shantaram and it's a really fantastic book. I like most anything by Bukowski and Chuck Palahniuk.

Movies: too many to name! It's easier to say what I don't like: I'm not that interested in blockbusters or rom coms...that pretty much sums it up. :D

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Hmm...waking up in a tree house in Antigua Guatemala and watching a volcano erupt was pretty amazing.
