I'm a sun-seeking yoga instructor based out of Bend, Oregon. I love the outdoors... hiking, biking, drinking beer in the lawn at Crux, xc skiing, snowshoeing, swimming, kayaking, paddleboarding, floating the river.

I travel quite a lot leading yoga retreats around the world. I love hosting events and meeting interesting people.

Started a business. Hiked to Everest Base Camp, Annapurna Base Camp and the Pinnacles all in a month or so.
