About Me
Hello! My name is Autumn Schorr and I'm 18 years old from the United States. I'm a second year student at Chapman University in Southern California studying business and journalism. I'm currently solo backpacking Europe for three months this summer!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I love staying in hostels and socializing with my fellow travelers from all over the globe. However, we're all in the same boat: new and lost in the foreign city we arrive in. With couch surfing, I will have the chance to stay with a local and get a deeper and more authentic look into the place I am visiting.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Visited a hospital in western Belize and then created a charitable organization to fundraise money for it back home in California.
Teach, Learn, Share
I would love to learn about places in a city that are off the beaten path and not necessarily written about in my travel guide books.
I intern for an online magazine and am documenting my travels while in Europe. I write for the tab called "Hidden Gems". I would love for you to show me the hidden gems of your city. In return, I can share the hidden gems of where I am from with you! As I hope I can take you to them when you visit me one day :-)
What I Can Share with Hosts
I can share my excitement and adaptability. Everything about a foreign city is new and impressive to me. Whether we have a grand adventure or simply chill at a low key cafe, I will be completely satisfied.
