I am a fun person. If ever a person knew how to have a good time, I am that person...or so I have been told. But I can also be very focused & determined that comes across as serious. I am not one to mince words but at the same time have a good sense of humor.

Interests

I enjoy good food with friends and being active. I suppose the two help balance each other out. I enjoy all sorts of physical activity when I get the opportunity...Rock climbing, rafting and/or canoeing, playing soccer, frisbee golf, hiking & camping...I'm open for whatever.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

La Sagrada Familia in Barcelona...something about that day and that place, the energy of life all around me. One of my favorite memories...sitting outside people watching while having a picnic for one of cheese, bread, fruit & wine.

Driving Across the Golden Gate Bridge when I was 18, on my way to the Shorline Amphitheatre to see the Grateful Dead. I had taken a train from DC to Sacramento, then a bus further north where my friends scooped me up and off we went to the city. The air was crisp and I hung my head out the window to take it all in.

Sitting inside the trunk of a great redwood tree in northern California...really put things in perspective.

What I Can Share with Hosts

My husband and I are restaurant owners...he is a great chef and I am very tidy and organized...we can cook you a good meal and you won't even know we stayed at your place.
