My name is Aura and I am from a small town in Catalonia (Spain), very close to Barcelona.

Nine years ago I lived in Seattle (USA) to work as an AuPair (taking care everyday of 3 wonderful kids), to learn as much English as possible and to live an unforgettable experience on the other side of the world. Nothing makes me feel happier than traveling and discovering new places, new experiences, new people, new points of view, new cultures...

I also love music, I play the guitar since I was a kid and I like to sing. (The perfect night has to end singing and making music around a fire!)

In general, I consider myself positive and willing to adventure anywhere. I feel lucky and grateful for all the experiences that I've been living in my life and all the people that I got to know. I'm trying to never stop learning from myself, from people, from anything... and enjoy life like if it was my last day on Earth.

In Catalonia, I am part of a Human Tower group. This is a catalan tradition which consists in different groups of people getting together and building what it's called a "castle" ("castell" in our catalan language). It consists in climbing one over each other with a very complicated structural human engineering to build a tower as high as possible. Look it up on youtube, I'm sure you'll be amazed.

I also studied Photography in Barcelona and worked as a photographer for a few years. Besides that, I had been working with children in summer camps and now I'm an English Teacher here in Catalonia. So far it's been great. Let's see what happens next!
