Hi ! My name is Aveline I grow up and study in France (Normandy and Britanny), lived a short time in Montreal and now living in NYC, doing a post-doc in medical biology. I have a busy schedule during the week but like to enjoy the city and meet people during the weekend. I am currently living at the boarder between Washington Heights and Harlem, in a local area without too much tourism.

Couchsurfing is a community of people sharing the same interests of meeting people, discover new cultures, and travelling. I don't need comfort but want to know more about your life, your culture, your country.

Intereses

During my free time I love travelling, meet people, discover countries and new cultures or get out from the city to enjoy the calm that the nature can offer.

I like also meet new people, drink beers (more particularly unknown beer from microbrewery), cooking, discover music during concerts, watch movies and take time with my friends.

I would love to one day take a year for myself and discover the world... hopefully after my current job!

Meeting friend in Vancouver to Run a half marathon (without training enough before) and visit the city the days after (and try to enjoy visiting the city the days after)

Take 5 weeks to visit Nicaragua (and I only done a third of this amazing country)
