Hello everyone.

I am glad that one day a friend of mine introduced me this website and the community of CS.

I met very interesting people via CS and have to say that I prefer to believe that there are more good people in the World than vice versa.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

When I am in Helsiki (I live there), I can host and meet couchsurfers to show the city.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

With CS I have hosted one person so far.And I travelled as a couchsurfer to one city in Finland (Jyväskylä), to two cities in Belgium (Liege and Antwerpen) and to several cities in Italy, also I have visitted Polish Bielsko-Biala, and Prague, Budapest, Vienna.

Interests

I love maps. Using, searching, tracking my way etc. Just love them.

Music, Movies, and Books

Movies: on of my favourite is SCUSA MA TI CHIAMO AMORE. I like the atmosphere of this film.
I fell in love with Italy after watching this movie.

Books: The Egyptian by Mika Waltari

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I've seen Baikal lake in Russia, Siberia. In my strong opinion, it's one of the most beautiful and wonderful places in the world. I've been in plenty of other places too. For example, in Finnish countryside with its charming nature. My experience of being in different non-urban places gave me an opportunity to feel that our nature connects all people in the world despite the borders between the countries.

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach Russian, English and some basics of Finish.

I like hand made and I can teach you some crafts.

I can share my view of the World, because every individual has his unique vision of this World we live in.
