Hey there! My name is Avery and I am currently traveling Australia before starting to work on my work and holiday visa. I am hoping to use Couchsurfing during this time to meet local Australians, see your life here, and get to share some good food, music, and stories!

I love music festivals, photography, and traveling (obviously).

I photograph a lot of live music.
My favorite cuisines are Thai and Vietnamese, but I haven't visited either place yet!
I snowboard when I'm home in Connecticut in the winter.
My favorite countries are Cuba and Colombia.
I'm obsessed with national parks and just finished up a huge road trip of them in the US.
I love cooking (mostly vegan food).

I haven't used Couchsurfing yet but am super excited for my first experience!

I love any movie by Wes Anderson and my favorite book is The Glass Castle. I also love Death Cab For Cutie, Brand New, the Growlers, and pretty much any music that isn't county.
