i am a writer, musician, and sleepy head. i have spent the last 7 years traveling & getting my undergrad degree.

i hustle hard in the summertime & try to make that money last all winter long! usually work-trade farming, couch surfing, camping. at some point i will lean into a more sustainable, less nomadic lifestyle, but for now this feels right.

i cherish the atlantic ocean like a best friend, the pacific like a lover. i love small sea side towns and island communities - i think both community & close proximity to the ocean brings out the best in people. i'm not big on small talk, but i love genuine, non-competitive conversation.

always learning to know and love myself, & traveling the world with my favorite person. we met on a farm on maui in 2014 & have been traveling thru life together ever since.

because sleeping on the beach isn't always an option,

& and through my travels i have met some of the most amazing people. couch surfing, hitchhiking, striking up a conversation with the guy next to me on the bus...it's an important reminder that people are not all "strangers", but often friends who I have not yet met.

i am also not a wealthy man & this is an amazing resource while traveling on a budget. so excited to be rich someday and lavish young travelers with the same generosity & hospitality that has been bestowed upon me!!

i really enjoy a good documentary on just about anything & find nature/ocean life doccos to be super soothing and fun to watch with other people

zeppelin, hendrix, pink floyd, heart, the dead, nirvana, the eagles, beatles, strawberry alarm clock, nick drake, fleetwood mac, simon & garfunkel, marvin gaye, my girl janis joplin, jefferson airplaine, so many more but really mostly the older gems.

if anyone ever wants to see some of the best sunsets in the world and eat some of the best seafood of their lives in boothbay harbor, me. i would be more than happy to show you around the area, on water & on land. i could show you how to party in the woods, hike to hidden beaches & crack a lobster like a real mainah!
