I'll usually ask the questions, and then we can believe what we want about each other.

But when you show up, I'll be the first to welcome you, to offer you real food, and to take you around.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

A large part of my time in the small university community that I live in involves hanging out with people from different countries. On a day to day basis, I may be speaking bits and pieces of 4-5 different languages. I'm used to meeting people with unpronounceable names. Couchsuring is a formal format for something I do often, and quite happily.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am a friendly vagabond. I don't need much, and carry even less. I've surfed and hosted many times, in many the many cities I've lived in and been to. In fact, as I'm writing, there is a surfer sleeping on my futon.

I teach at my university, but would rather teach you through a story or a bike ride.
I am a fast learner but a slow walker.
You will never have to ask me to share my food, and never have to worry that it will contain onions. I like people who make cheesecake.
