PHILOSOPHY

"Life is one go shot, aim it and hit it hard, there is no second chances"

but I get really inspired by this one -

“Let me tell you something you already know. The world ain't all sunshine and rainbows. It's a very mean and nasty place and I don't care how tough you are it will beat you to your knees and keep you there permanently if you let it. You, me, or nobody is gonna hit as hard as life. But it ain't about how hard ya hit. It's about how hard you can get hit and keep moving forward. How much you can take and keep moving forward. That's how winning is done!”
― Sylvester Stallone, Rocky Balboa

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I meetup with the people during events, exchange information about their travel and living experiences, so that I can put the amazing one in my bucket list. I also Surf & Hosts CS'ers.
If I'm out station regarding my work, I would connect them to my friends so that they can take care of them during their visit. I also like to join for adventurous group trips organised my CS community!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Ser fermin, Pamplona, Spain- 2014 (First CS experience)

I chanced to see my friend in Madrid, from where took off to the Ser Fermin festival, as it was all of a sudden plan, then we couldn't book any hostels or hotels and ultimately we ended up thinking to pass the night on the street. By the time we reached Pampalona, the rainfall has triggered the cold wind and we all were shivering to death, and there we happened to see a lovely Spanish couple, CS'ers, which changed our lives, the inspiration of being CS'er!
We all were bearing at a corner of the street, and from the corner of the street a cute couple happened to experience us. I reckon since they have been travelling around Srilanka and India, so they just wanted to see us and know more about us. When we all talking, I was shivering to hell, my teeth were beating-tricking sound and legs were shaking to dance. Looking at our condition, the couple invited us to stay with them; we boarded a shuttle bus and reached to their place within 20 mins. Since, the wind was blowing around, I was in a terrible state, by the time we reached to their apartment, and I was running temperatures.

The couple suggests me to hot shower and gave medicines and a hot beverage! Since, my clothes were all wet due to rain; they offered some change of clothes and set up a soft air bag with some warm clothes. We all had a peaceful full night. By morning, I was feeling better; we had some chat about the places to visit and about Ser Fermin and a hot tea. During the chat, we came to know that they were Coughsufers and about the CS community, I was really inspired by the information and wanted to become one! We went to the Ser Fermin festival, enjoyed our time and we shot back to Madrid. This was the first encounter with a Cs’er and it most memorable trip ever with lots of love and fun.
