About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Operation Funkify: Fostering Freakiness in Pittsburgh

ABOUT ME

I'm a traveler and a wanderer who has - much to the surprise of many - finally settled a bit and is living in Pittsburgh.

I love a good conversation with intelligent people, creating havoc and madness in any situation, and generally making people smile. I also think that there's nothing more relaxing than sitting at home, and reading the paper or writing political diatribes, nor many things more zen than working on (and swearing at) old VWs. They have taught me patience beyond belief and further expanded my understanding of the nature of time...

PHILOSOPHY

Treat everyone with the respect you'd want to receive yourself. Have fun - life is too short not to - but remember the important stuff such as friends, family, and taking the time to help people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Lots. I've done extensive couch surfing in the US, Canada, UK, Australia, and New Zealand. It's been a blast meeting people and seeing the world and I'm looking forward to giving back to the community again.
