I am a Beduin guy living in Petra. I enjoy sharing special moments with people, know their culture, language, and explain everything about beduin life. I feel it is important for beduins to show our lifestyle in order to preserve it. Our nomad living,our handcraft, our music, our cook recipies, our hospitality...everything.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I like to host people in my cave, inside petra, for free. It's my home, and I like to share stories about ancient beduin life and current life.

Also I can show couchsurfers all the hickes around petra, little petra and wadi araba desert. However we live from our guiding, by foot, donky, camel, horse, and we need to charge for that services only.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My best experience has been walking from petra to wadi araba desert along the valleys and rifs, sleeping as oldest times beduins did, seeing the sunsets, playing music, making fireplaces, reading the stars... that is the most special thing I can share with people they will keep in their life memories.
