About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Living the amazing life.

ABOUT ME

I read adventure tales ceaselessly until I was 10, when my parents told me I couldn't spend my life with my face in a book. So I started acting, turning words into life on stage. Got a degree in it. Then somewhere along the way I ditched the words and the stage and decided to create and live my own adventure stories myself.

PHILOSOPHY

Follow your heart.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

At the moment I'm nice and cozy at home before traveling again in September. So for now don't have a couch to offer, but I'm happy to give tips!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I'm new! I'm an experienced traveler, but have always been a hostel person. I've heard wonderful things about Couch Surfing from friends so I'm excited to start!

Interests

Adventuring and all the nuances that come with it.

Dancing, meteor-showers, tall ships, new food, finding loopholes, hiking, bonfires, capture-your-breath views, plotting, traditions, local festivities, falling in love with life...

Music, Movies, and Books

Anything that moves my body, heart, or thoughts.

Music made around a fire at night.
Dancin' clubbin' music.
Accordions (NOT polka accordions) and banjos make me swoon.

I never seem to find the time to read on the road, but I'd appreciate recommendations!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

On Christmas I rode across the dunes of the Sahara on a camel and camped in a Berber tent. At night I ran and slid over the mountains of sand and discussed constellations with a nomadic guide and awaited the sunrise- which ignited the desert in the most incredible shifting colors.

Teach, Learn, Share

There's only one way to find out what we may learn from each other! But just off the top of my head, I can offer to teach you how to tell how many hours left til sunset...or baton twirling.

Countries I’ve Visited

Austria, Czech Republic, Ecuador, France, Germany, Gibraltar, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Mexico, Morocco, Netherlands, Portugal, Slovenia, Spain, Switzerland, United Kingdom, United States
