ABOUT ME

I am basically wandering the world, trying to see what's out there.

When I am not adventuring I am most likely kiteboarding. I am a certified instructor and teach internationally when I'm not training. Being from the northwest it often gets a little too cold to kite so during the winter I spend my time snowboarding at the world famous Mt. Baker. (For you snow-enthusiasts I highly recommend a visit just to experience the insane amounts of snow; world record snowfall in 98-99). Or if the snow sucks I usually skate or head to the coast to surf.

I like to stay fit and healthy because it makes me feel good. It's a habit I've picked up while swimming competatively throughout high school and college.

But if I need some rest time I usually kick it with my family and/or friends and try not to get into too much trouble.

I've got a quite a few one liners... but the most important is to LIVE!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I participate by doing everything this site has to offer from hosting, surfing, attending events, etc. Whatever that can help promote and spread this site because of how truly special and unique it is to allow people to connect with each other from all over the world.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've had little experience but stayed with a fellow kiteboarder and instructor in Tarifa, Spain. I have also stayed in Columbia, Missouri with some amazing people but I hope to have more in the near future.

Interests

I love to enjoy what life has to offer. Such things being kiteboarding, snowboarding, meeting new people, doing new things, etc... I am up for anything at all because I feel that in order to fulfill my 'Current Mission' as stated above I must try anything that comes my way.
