About Me
CURRENT MISSION
Make connections. Make friends. Make memories.
ABOUT ME
I'm a home owner with two enthusiastic dogs and a desire to share my small home with interesting travelers.
I teach English at the college level, so I have a good amount of time off but no money to spend during that time. This poses a problem for someone who loves to travel...hence the couch surfing!
This is a non-smoking, no-illicit drugs household, though we'll gladly share some of our home brewed beer or mead with anyone interested, and conversation over simple meals is welcome. Or, if you're more interested in quiet time, we're happy to accommodate you to the best of our abilities.
PHILOSOPHY
Give. Receive. Give.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I'm new to CS, so can't say. I am friends with a CS organizer in Minneapolis, though, so imagine it's a short road to greater involvement.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
A series of excellent social engagements with Twin Cities CS folks.
Visited Spearfish over lunch with a kind CSer.
Stayed on Orcas Island in the San Juans :)
Interests
Home brewing, board gaming, road tripping, canoeing, camping, concert-going, reading (trying to get back into it, at least).
