I am , quite silent, but I love to meet and spend time with people. I always help if needed and it's very important for me to try to be a good host/guest.

ME AS A SURFER

I'm a very respectful guest that always do my best. I'm also very introverted though, and I need a lot of time for myself. If I've spend a lot of time with people I can't help to get quiet. Forgive me that!

Something that has appeared to me when I've surfed more is that sometimes people write me back telling me I should make my request more personal. When I read the recommendations on the couchsurfing site on how to write a good request, it was something along with that, something like "request if you think for example you could have a crazy night out together". I don't agree with this attitude. While I surf because I'm interested in people and in meeting you, couchsurfing for me is something bigger for me than a friend dating site. It is about giving and receiving. It is about living as if there were no borders in between us. That and the meeting is central, hobbies and personality secondary. Therefore I will not comment your profile much in my request.

Most people wonder where my family is from when I say that I'm from Sweden, when they see I'm not blonde etc. I'll write the explanation here: My grandmother was from Japan. I'm 1/4 Japanese and 3/4 Swedish, from that perspective.
