About Me
I was born French, grew up partially in Germany, and ended up in San Francisco 10 years ago. I'm passionate about biology and genetics, medieval history and reenactment, theatre and literature. New people are amazing, this trip is fueled by the potential encounters I've yet to make!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing
I'm traveling through Europe before going back to get my masters degree, and I want to experience down thing new, unpredictable and full of art, history and new people. I figured this was the best way to meet amazing new people in each country I visit!
Interests
Medieval history and reenactment, both combat and crafting. I personally enjoy weaving, but I want to test out mead brewing as well. Biology and genetics are near and dear to my heart, as is literature of any kind. And always, in all areas, meeting new friends and learning new skills.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
I have participated in fully armored non-scripted medieval combat, as an archer and as a support spear. There's nothing like seeing 50 of your friends charge at you, and seeing them drop after hitting them with a well aimed arrow. The adrenalin is something else. And the beers at the end of the war day are even more delicious when shared with friends-at-arms!
Teach, Learn, Share
I live by those three words. Knowledge is nothing if it's not shared, I hope to learn a lot from the people I meet, and hopefully I will bring something to the table that will interest others as well!
What I Can Share with Hosts
My experiences with both France and the United States, the many facts of science ice accumulated, lots of medieval crafting knowledge as well ( I wish I could have brought some with me!)
