About Me
Hey! So I'm a nomadic, musician, activist, creative, at times chaotic creature. I live in France but am more likely to be found in a faraway place at any given time! I love being at home and enjoy cooking, cleaning (!); socialising, and occasionally having a bit of my space to myself. I also love travel: hitch-hiking, cycling, sailing, driving (or being driven) in my van with so many friends that they can't all fit in the seats, meeting new people, culture shock, language learning, discovering the world we inhabit and the dynamics that keep society ticking. I'm still convinced that there is too much inequality on this planet and that things need to change if we're still going to be all on it together for the rest of my lifetime and beyond. I think that organised grassroots activism is a brave and important undertaking for any thinking person. Even if its not something I always have energy for anymore at this point in my life!
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
There have been too many times I've found myself in a new town with no-one to hang out with and no bed to sleep in for the night. Couchsurfing is a blessing to anyone who might find themself in this position, and now that I'm staying in one place for a bit with a shower, washing machine and a couple of spare coaches, I'm keen to return the favour!
