About Me

CURRENT MISSION

Traverse the world, make new friends, and soak up the wonderful delights of life.

ABOUT ME

Born in Japan, grew up in Canada, and studied in the United States -I guess you can say that traveling is in my genes. :) I love to meet new people, hear about their adventures, and chat about life in general. The world is such an amazing place and it would be a shame to let it go unexplored!

PHILOSOPHY

Go ahead, take a chance.

Life isn’t about finding yourself. Life is about creating yourself – George Bernard Shaw.

It you thought that science was certain -- well, that is just an error on your part. Richard P. Feynman (1918 - 1988)

Teach, Learn, Share

One of favorite things in life is to learn! From learning sailing knots to how to bake bread; from taking a bee-keeping class to how to brew beer; from talking about history to analyzing scientific data, I love being exposed to new things and being challenged mentally, physically, and emotionally. Couch surfing provides a perfect environment to foster such exchanges. :)
