About Me
ABOUT ME
Since my early childhood as I learned to ride a three-wheeled bicycle, I drove it far from my home to explore everything around, and sometimes went so far that my parents lost me and together with relatives, police, neighbors looked for me. But it happened many times until my bike was confiscated :), and it didn't help, then I started walk and explore the city and around. After growing up, my travels became international and of course I didn't stop till now. Usually others call people like me as a travel addicted or person who has ants in pants :))
I have plan to visit all countries of the World. So since early childhood traveling and exploring became part of my life and I hope with CS my travels will be more easy, interesting and attractive.
Positive, easy going, kind and open minded person, love to travel, explore, learn, see new things and meet new, interesting people also learn about different cultures and traditions.

PHILOSOPHY
Happiness is inside of us.
Be thankful for everything. Life is a priceless gift. Pleasure and pain are part of our life’s journey.
Be honest, don’t contradict yourself and be in harmony!
Be kind and do good! Help people as much as possible, not because it looks good, because it’s right thing! And our World will be better when individuals can overcome ego.
The world around us is a mirror. What we love in others is a reflection of what we love in ourselves. What distresses us in others is an indicator of what we need to pay attention to in ourselves.
Nature heals. Traveling and walking in the fresh air, the view of beautiful landscapes is amazingly able to clear your head of unnecessary thoughts, bring you back to life and raise your spirits.
With proper persistence, concentration and perseverance, anything is possible.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
Traveling is my passion and I’m also interested to meet people from different countries and cultures.
In my opinion the best way to know, feel and understand another country it’s a stay with locals and travel with hitchhiking. It does not mean only free and cheap way to stay and travel, it’s much more interesting, exciting, knowledgeable and useful.
In 2007 I was recommended by a Japanese traveler who is now my good friend (many thanks to him) and since my membership on this project my travel life became easy, interesting and more attractive.
When I in my hometown and free I host, meet CSurfers and sometime organize CS parties and of course my travels always with CS.
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
Through CS I have met many super positive, kind, incredible and marvelous people from different part of our Planet and some of them became my real friends.
This is the best platform where different people from all over the World can share with their part of home/place, lifestyle, local culture, food, customs, knowledge, philosophie, stories and inspire each other with everything new, interesting and positive. Therefore it helps people be a little better.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
Among others, seeing The World’s second highest peak K2 (8,611 metres [28,251 feet]), second only to Mount Everest. These were genuine mountains! And they was so great and beautiful as to stop the breath.
Also, the iceroad from Smolensk (Russia) to Minsk (Belarus) where I was hitchhiking by the truck in winter 2006. Due to the drift the driver lost control of the trailer and it overtook the cab of the truck, and it was so scary that within a few seconds I repassed in my memory my whole life.
Meeting the Pope John Paul II in 2002 and the Sultan of Brunei in 2006
Swimming unwittingly in the tropical river where were crocodiles, of course I didn’t know about such kind of inhabitants (after local people told me about it, who were shocked 😳 by my action).
Visiting three most Holy cities for moslems: Mekkah, Medinah (2019) and Jerusalem (2014)
