Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I want to see world as much as I can and I believe you can learn about a city best from the people who live there. I want to discover the city, with the advice from locals.

Interests

Im a huge fan of diving into a good book, binge-watching TV series (who isnt?), and losing myself in jigsaw puzzles when I need to relax. I also love cooking and experimenting with new recipes. But, more than anything, you’ll usually find me exploring the city on foot. There’s something about wandering through streets, soaking in the vibe, and discovering hidden gems that makes every step unforgettable. I’m all about popping into museums, people-watching and of course, eating my way through local dishes. For me, this is the essence of travel, experiencing the culture, the flavors, and the little everyday moments that make each place unique. Oh, and when I’m not out adventuring, I’m probably strategizing my next move in a board game. Yes, I’m a huuuge board game lover – whether it’s a quick card game or a full-on board game night, count me in! I can’t wait to find my next game partner wherever I go (cause i always carry a game with me)

I watch many TV series (and movies) from many different languages and cultures. I like to read sci-fi/fantasy books on the go.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I drove a tram! And no, I wasn’t just a passenger, I was the one behind the wheel. Lets just say I’ve got some serious tram-driving skills now!

What I Can Share with Hosts

I’ve had the chance to play tour guide in Istanbul, so if you’re ever in the mood to explore, I can show you around and point out some great spots. I can also teach you some useful Turkish phrases to make your trip a bit easier. But the real fun begins when it comes to board games! I’m a huge fan and would love to teach you some of my favorites. Whether you're a seasoned player or just looking for something new to try, I’m always up for a good game 🙃
As for cooking, I’ve been told my cooking is pretty decent, so if you’re up for a simple homemade meal, I’d be happy to prepare something simple and tasty
